Boneless beef 200 gm
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies grinded 1 tsp
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 200 gm
Black pepper 1 tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) four tbsp
Mint leaves (chopped) four tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Oil for frying
how to make Beef Boti Kebabs
Boil beef with ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt and water until tender and dries water.
Cool and shred the meat.
Combine together meat, boil and mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, yogurt, salt, black pepper, all spices powder and 1 egg; combine properly.
Make into lengthy kebabs; dip in crushed egg and deep fry.
